A lot has happened this year:
We have...
...2 new products launched: Cool Head and Buddy Oil
...we've finally released our sunscreen with SPF 50
...given our packaging a redesign
... participated in our first Vivaness and in many other trade fairs throughout Germany
...organized a team event on a river
...switched to 1m² of flowering meadow per product
...met so many new people
...celebrated the 2nd birthday of 4peoplewhocare
...new employees hired
...outsourced our logistics
...frequently changed office spaces in Hamburg
...set up and dismantled stalls at various Christmas markets
...delicious vegan cooking every lunchtime
...visited flowering meadows and beehives
...worked a lot and took a vacation
...planned the week in the weekly and relaxed with yoga
...and much more!
These are, of course, just glimpses into the year. We worked very hard and accomplished a great deal. Nevertheless, not everything was perfect. The various crises made things difficult for us financially and presented us with many challenges.
Nevertheless, we are very proud of everything we have achieved and are very optimistic that 2023 will be easier and that solutions to the crises will be found.
