What is solid cream and why is it better?
Solid cream protects and nourishes your skin like liquid cream, but is much more practical, economical, and effective. Due to its solid consistency and the absence of water, it consists solely of active ingredients, is easy to transport, and is particularly sustainable.
How long does a solid cream last?
On average, a solid cream lasts 2-3 times longer than a cream in a tube. This is because it doesn't contain water (aqua – often the first ingredient in regular creams) as a filler. So you're getting 100% active ingredients for your money.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our recipes are developed in-house, and we produce the majority of our products ourselves in our small factory in Hamburg. We source most of our raw materials directly from organic suppliers.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Before we launch any products, they are tested for durability and skin compatibility in an external, independent laboratory. We place particular emphasis on streamlined formulas and fewer or no allergens. You won't find any perfumes or other ingredients of non-natural origin in our products.
Are your products natural cosmetics or organic cosmetics?
All products are certified organic cosmetics from NatRue. This is the highest standard for natural cosmetics, meaning that more than 95% of the ingredients come from certified organic farming.

How do you use solid cream?
Use our solid creams like soap: simply rub gently in your hands or directly onto your skin and massage in. The skin's natural warmth dissolves the protective film, leaving your skin feeling soft and supple. Apply the sticks directly to the skin, ideally to specific areas, and warm the deodorant cream with a circular finger motion before dispensing the required amount.
Are your products vegan?
Some products contain regional organic beeswax, therefore not all are vegan. Our vegan products are clearly labeled and carry the PETA Vegan label. All products are certified natural cosmetics.
What is the best way to store cosmetics?
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Our packaging provides optimal protection for the products; the solid creams can withstand temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius, and the sunscreen up to 40 degrees Celsius.
How long does your cosmetics last?
Very long shelf life! Thanks to the water-free formulations, there are no microbiological shelf-life issues. Products have a shelf life of at least 12 months after opening and at least 2 years unopened.

How long does shipping take?
We ship the day after you place your order. Your package usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Shipping within Germany: €3.90 (free shipping for orders over €49).
- Shipping to the EU: €6.90 (free shipping for orders over €100).
Where do you deliver to? Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver throughout Germany and the EU.
Which shipping provider will be used to send my order?
We ship with DHL including tracking.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Is delivery to a parcel locker or a post office branch possible?
Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is easily possible.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer all common payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, Klarna and other options. Purchase on account is not possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice from you?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After shipment, you will receive tracking information via DHL.
I haven't received an order confirmation or shipping notification. What can I do?
Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please contact us directly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly by email with "URGENT" in the subject line or give us a call.
Do I need to register as a customer with you in order to place an order?
No, you can also order without registering.
I made a mistake in my information; how can I correct it?
Please contact us quickly by email with "URGENT" in the subject line or give us a call. We will do our best to fix the problem.
I haven't received my product, what can I do?
Please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly. Your satisfaction is important to us!
How can I redeem vouchers and discount codes?
You can enter discount codes during checkout under the shopping cart.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, our gift vouchers are available digitally or as postcards. Postcards are sent by mail and take 2–3 days to arrive.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped and sent?
We do not offer individual gift wrapping, but we do have pre-packed gift boxes that are delivered exactly as shown in the product images.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
Please return the products to our address (see signature) and include a note with the order number so that we can process the return.
Can I exchange my product? What do I need to consider?
Yes, an exchange is possible as long as the product is unopened. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
How do exchanges and refunds work?
Send the product back and we will refund you or exchange it. Refunds may take a few days.
I received the wrong product. What can I do?
Please get in touch with us. We work with a sheltered workshop for shipping, which can occasionally lead to packing errors. We appreciate your understanding and will correct the error as quickly as possible.
