Until 2025, forpeople skincare was called 4peoplewhocare. The formulas, the team and our values are unchanged.
For us, success and responsibility belong together. Good products must not come at the expense of people, animals or the environment. That's why we look closely — at raw materials, at supply chains and at our own growth.
Honesty, transparency and respect matter more to us than short-term profit. That goes for the outside world just as much as within the team.
We work pragmatically, approachably and with real enjoyment. Everyone brings their own ideas. Mistakes are allowed, as long as we learn from them. We share responsibility. And we share the wins.
With forpeople we want to show that business can be done differently. And we don't just want to show you our products, but also the people behind them — and what we deliberately don't stand for.
What we stand for
We stand for equality, transparency, tolerance, diversity and peaceful coexistence — and clearly against racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia and every other form of exclusion. Taking a stand matters to us. That's why our team members are of course given time when there are demonstrations or actions against the far right or for climate protection.
