That's why you have 30 days to really test your skincare — even once the tin is already opened. If it doesn't win you over, send it back and we'll find a fair solution.

- Order & try it out — your skincare arrives plastic-free. Use it just as you normally would.
- Not convinced? Get in touch — within 30 days, a short email is enough.
- Send it back — to the returns address shown below.
- Refund or voucher — as soon as your return reaches us, we'll take care of it.
Nothing gets thrown away — not even returns.
Very rarely, a returned product can no longer be used. Throwing it away is still out of the question for us. Instead, we turn it into upcycling candles: we work the care oils and waxes it contains directly into the candle. Since we never know exactly what comes back, we mix everything with organic soy wax — so the candle burns steadily and evenly.
