Terms of participation
By taking part in the giveaway you agree to the following terms:
- Organiser: forpeople skincare GmbH, Offakamp 9e, 22529 Hamburg, Germany
Instagram note: This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram.
- Eligibility: Open to everyone aged 18 and over residing in Germany or Austria. Employees of forpeople skincare GmbH and their relatives are excluded.
- Giveaway period: The giveaway runs until the time stated in the respective post.
- Winner notification: The winner is drawn at random and notified in a comment under the giveaway post. If there is no response within five days, the prize is forfeited.
- Shipping of prizes: The prize is shipped either directly by forpeople skincare GmbH or by a company partner. For this, the winner's details must be shared, but exclusively for shipping the prize.
- No exchange or cash payout: The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
- Changing or ending the giveaway: forpeople skincare GmbH reserves the right to adjust or end the giveaway if necessary.
- Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. Our privacy policy applies.
