Sales & Affiliate Manager (Part-time / Working Student, Remote possible, 20–30 hours/week)
About Us
We are forpeople – a Hamburg-based startup that has been developing impactful natural cosmetics since April 2020. Our products contain 0% water, but 100% active ingredients from nature. We rely on certified organic, preferably regional, raw materials and recyclable packaging. With every product, we create 1 m² of biodiversity.

• Development of new sales channels in collaboration with our founder and sales lead Marc
• First point of contact for our B2B customers
• Planning and organization of B2B trade fairs, including preparation and follow-up in the area of sales
• Documentation and maintenance of your activities in our CRM system
• Further development of our sales processes at a strategic level
• Initial customer acquisition via email, telephone or in person – you inspire new customers with our products and our mission
• Structuring the sales area to establish sustainable and scalable processes
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of sales tours
• Managing our affiliate marketing – you develop strategies to expand our partner program
• Actively approaching suitable influencers to start collaborations in the area of affiliate and social media marketing.
• Completed or ongoing studies, training or relevant professional experience
• Strong communication skills & enthusiasm for sales & marketing – you enjoy talking on the phone and exchanging ideas with B2B partners and influencers
• Experience or interest in affiliate marketing & influencer relations
• Willingness to travel for sales tours and trade fairs (optional, depending on preference)
• Independent, structured work style – you maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Team spirit, openness, self-motivation & empathy – good cooperation is important to you.
- Erfahrung in KI-Bildgenerierung, CaptureOne
- Erfahrung mit Shopify und Asana
- Interesse an nachhaltigem Unternehmertum und Naturkosmetik
• Flexibility – Work remotely, hybrid or in the Hamburg office

Wir suchen Verstärkung für unseren Social Media und Marketing-Bereich! Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team und den Gründern Fritz & Marc zusammen, entwickelst kreative Inhalte und hilfst dabei, unsere Mission sichtbar zu machen – auf Instagram, TikTok und Co.

- Content Creation: Erstellung von Social-Media-Posts, Stories und Reels – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
- Community Management: Interaktion mit unserer Community, Beantwortung von Nachrichten und Kommentaren
- Video & Foto: Mitwirkung bei Shootings und eigenständige Produktion von kurzen Videos (z. B. für TikTok & Instagram)
- Marketing Support: Unterstützung bei Kampagnenplanung und Umsetzung von Ads
- Canva & Design: Erstellung von ansprechenden Grafiken und Templates für Social Media
- Performance Tracking: Analyse von Reichweiten und Engagement, Ableitung von Learnings
- Du bist kreativ, hast ein Auge für Ästhetik und liebst Social Media
- Du kannst sicher mit Canva umgehen (Adobe-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus)
- Du hast Lust, selbst vor der Kamera zu stehen und unsere Marke authentisch zu repräsentieren
- Du bist kommunikativ, offen und hast Spaß am Austausch mit Menschen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bringst eigene Ideen ein
- Du hast Interesse an nachhaltigem Unternehmertum und Naturkosmetik
- Erfahrung mit TikTok- und Instagram-Algorithmen
- Kenntnisse in Ads-Management (Meta, Google)
- Grundverständnis von KI-Tools für Content-Erstellung
- Technische Ausstattung: Leistungsfähiges MacBook Pro und alles, was du für deine Arbeit als Grafiker:in brauchst, wird dir gestellt

- Fachliches Gespräch mit Fritz: Er betreut aktuell den Bereich, in dem du mitarbeiten würdest, und spricht mit dir über Inhalte, Aufgaben und deine Ideen.
- Teamtag (1-2 Stunden): Damit du ein echtes Gefühl für die Arbeit und das Team bekommst, laden wir dich zu einem kurzen Teamtreffen ein – entweder remote oder bei uns in Hamburg.
Der ganze Prozess ist in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage abgeschlossen. Wir melden uns schnell zurück – versprochen!
