Help! I can't press the serum's pump dispenser anymore – is it broken?

If your Zeroo bottle with pump dispenser arrives and it seems like the pump isn't working, here are a few simple tips to help you out:

Gently turn the head of the pump 180 degrees to release the lock. Then try pressing the dispenser down. Repeat this 2–3 times, always stopping right near the 180-degree turn.
If that doesn't work, unscrew the pump from the bottle and hold the thicker, transparent part just below the screw cap so it can't turn along with the head. Turn the head of the dispenser and then press it down. (See step 1.) This should work after 1–2 turns.

Our Aloe Vera Serum has just 4 ingredients — aloe vera juice, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and citric acid — and skips thickeners, parabens and chemical additives. With 99.6% pure aloe vera juice, the serum gives your skin intense moisture. Because it's free of fillers, our formula is especially soothing for dry or sensitive skin and eases irritation.
