What we stand for
We stand for equality, transparency, tolerance, diversity and a culture of peaceful coexistence — and firmly against racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia and every other form of exclusion. Taking a stand matters to us. That's why team members naturally get time off when there are demonstrations or actions against the far right or for climate protection.
