What we stand for

We stand for equality, transparency, tolerance, diversity, and peaceful coexistence, and against racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, and other forms of exclusion, intolerance, and group-based hostility. We believe it's important to take a clear stance. Therefore, our employees are always given time to participate in demonstrations or actions against fascists, Nazis, climate change deniers, or in support of climate protection. Activism is also important to us in our interactions with one another, which is why our values ​​represent the company 4peoplewhocare and our employees. For us, the most important thing is that we live these values ​​both alongside and within our daily work – through conversations, education, and, of course, activism.
