We believe in equality, transparency, tolerance, diversity and peaceful coexistence – and we're firmly against racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia and every other form of exclusion. Taking a stand matters to us.

That's why our team members can always take time off for protests or action against the far right or for climate protection. These values matter to 4peoplewhocare just as much as they do to each of us individually.

The most important thing is actually living these values – day to day, through conversations, education and action. Of course it's an ongoing process, and one we work at every day.

Sustainability isn't a trend for us – it's a principle. We operate regeneratively, use organic ingredients, maintain fair supply chains, and use plastic-free packaging. Every purchase actively helps protect biodiversity – in concrete, measurable ways.

We want to give back more to nature than we take. Through peatland restoration, wildflower meadows and multi-generation forests – and through plastic-free, refillable products that create less waste. Every product protects 1 m² of biodiversity. Concrete, measurable, on the ground.
