Terms of Participation

So that our giveaways run fairly and transparently for everyone, the following terms of participation apply. They set out who can take part, how winners are picked and what happens with your data. If you have any questions, you can reach us anytime at moin@forpeople-skincare.de.

By taking part in our giveaways you agree to the following terms.

Organiser

forpeople skincare GmbH, Offakamp 9e, 22529 Hamburg, Germany

Instagram note

The giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram.

Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over with a residence in Germany or Austria can take part. Employees of forpeople skincare GmbH and their relatives are excluded from taking part.

Giveaway period

The giveaway runs until the date stated in the respective post.

Winner notification

The winner is drawn at random and notified in a comment under the giveaway post. If there is no reply within five days, the prize is forfeited.

Shipping of prizes

The prize is shipped either directly by forpeople skincare GmbH or by a company partner. For this, the winner's details are passed on – but only for shipping the prize.

No exchange or cash payout

The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.

Changing or ending the giveaway

forpeople skincare GmbH reserves the right to adjust or end the giveaway if this becomes necessary.

Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded. Our privacy policy applies.
