The rule comes from a shared-flat kitchen. Benno, a climbing instructor and trained sports masseur, couldn’t find a hand cream that helped his worn hands for long — so he started mixing his own. The first formula worked without water, because water dilutes what is meant to work. In 2019 it became the first product.
