So our products have no cheap fillers – just the full dose of active goodness. Products like solid hand cream, solid sun care or solid lip care are 100% natural, organic and climate-friendly.

1. Scoop a small amount of solid cream (hand cream, foot cream or body cream) from the handy tinplate tin. The tin keeps the cream fresh and hygienic. Apply it without water, directly to skin – no extra moisture needed.
2. Using your fingers or palm, work the cream into the dry areas of your skin. Your body heat softens the solid cream so it spreads easily. Apply the sunscreen stick directly to skin.
3. Massage the cream in thoroughly, paying extra attention to rough patches like palms, soles, cuticles, nails or heels. This gives you deep, lasting moisture.
4. Once massaged in, the cream leaves skin feeling comfortable and cared-for – instantly soft, nourished and smooth.
5. After use, pop it back in the tin to keep it clean and extend its shelf life. It'll stay hygienic and fresh every time.

FAQ
Your most common questions about our cosmetics, answered
What are solid cosmetics and how do they work?
Solid cosmetics are a highly concentrated, waterless alternative to conventional care. Instead of a cream or lotion, they come in solid form – no plastic packaging, no emulsifiers, no preservatives.
Our solid natural cosmetics by forpeople contain only what your skin actually needs: high-quality organic actives, plant oils and natural care ingredients – gently processed and great for travel.
Are solid cosmetics suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our solid creams and care products are developed specifically for sensitive, dry or irritated skin. We use gentle, certified organic ingredients like rosehip seed oil, shea butter and aloe vera.
Every formula is fragrance-free, microplastic-free, alcohol-free and free from synthetic additives – making them well tolerated by eczema-prone, sensitive or children's skin too.
How long does one piece of solid cosmetics last?
Our solid care products are extremely economical – one piece typically replaces two to three standard cream tubes. Because they're waterless, you need noticeably less product to get the same result.
Keep your solid cosmetics somewhere dry – a soap dish or small tray works perfectly – and they'll last a long time.
Are solid cosmetics really sustainable?
Absolutely. Our solid cosmetics aren't just plastic-free – they're made CO₂-neutrally in Germany from sustainable, certified organic raw materials.
We steer clear of palm oil, microplastics and water in production, and we actively support biodiversity through our own projects. It really doesn't get more sustainable.
Why are solid cosmetics more eco-friendly than liquid products?
Solid cosmetics are typically plastic-free and contain no water, which makes them lighter and more compact. That cuts the CO₂ footprint from transport and reduces packaging waste. They also tend to need fewer preservatives and are built on natural ingredients – better for you and the environment.
Are solid cosmetics more expensive than liquid alternatives?
Solid cosmetics can look pricier upfront, but they tend to go further and outlast liquid alternatives. Because they're highly concentrated and waterless, a little goes a long way – making them better value over time.
