Natural cosmetics with impact.

From the very beginning, we were convinced that the founding of a company must be linked to a positive impact. That's why we work with farmers from various parts of Germany, Austria and Switzerland to transform barren areas into colorful flowering meadows and thus promote the preservation of biodiversity.

Impact also in the workplace.

As a socio-ecological startup, we consider both our unavoidable ecological footprint and our influence within the workplace. From flexible working hours and yoga in the office to eco-friendly toilet paper, we integrate sustainability into all areas of our work.

This quarterly transparency report therefore doesn't stop at sales figures, but also aims to provide insight into our constantly evolving work environment. Because we believe that the workplace should be shaped just as fairly and ecologically as our products.
