Dry Skin Set – Intensive Care Without Cortisone

We developed this set specifically for very dry and sensitive skin – and many of our customers with atopic dermatitis use it successfully day to day. It can help calm and care for your skin, but it doesn't replace medical treatment. If you're unsure, we'd suggest checking with your doctor before you use it.

It comes down to the formula: regular creams are often mostly water and contain emulsifiers or fillers. Our products deliberately skip all that and rely on highly concentrated active ingredients instead. So you need less product per use, and the care works more intensely and lasts longer.

Because every product is formulated without water, they go a lot further than usual care products. You only need a small amount per use. Depending on how often you use it, one set often lasts several months – the bee balm and the solid creams in particular last much longer than comparable products in tubes.

We don't replace medical treatment or a doctor's advice. That said, many of our customers deliberately use the set as a natural addition or alternative in everyday life – especially when they don't want to use cortisone long-term. The aim is to calm and stabilise your skin over the long run, rather than just suppressing symptoms for a short while.

We've kept the routine nice and simple:

Start by applying the Aloe Vera Serum – it cools and adds moisture straight away. Then dab the SOS Beeswax Balm onto irritated or particularly dry spots. You can use the hand and foot cream on top for protection and care in everyday life. The routine adapts flexibly to the state of your skin.

Many people report less itching and a more comfortable skin feel after just a few uses. Visible changes like less redness or smoother skin often show within 1–2 weeks. How quickly your skin improves depends a lot on your individual skin condition and how regularly you use it.
