Solid vs. Liquid

Those who know us know that we're big fans of solid cosmetics. We didn't just join the fan club for no reason; we simply believe that solid products beat liquid ones in most cases.

1. Solid cosmetics are super easy to dispense. Especially with creams, it's easy to accidentally take too big a dollop and then not know what to do with all the cream.
2. The logical consequence of point 1 is also that with solid cosmetics it becomes quite difficult to waste any of the product.
3. Traveling is a little less stressful, because you don't have to worry about whether the cream is too much or might leak in your bag.
4. Solid cosmetics have much simpler packaging. They are usually packaged in environmentally friendly paper or other recyclable/compostable materials, or even completely unpackaged. With liquid cosmetics, this is naturally more difficult, so many manufacturers resort to plastic.
5. Not only the packaging, but also the product itself saves resources. Solid cosmetics largely omit water and other liquids. This saves resources not only in production, but also in transport, as the product remains much lighter than its liquid counterpart.
